As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitoring residents' well-being and promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and caring atmosphere.
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Supporting residents with dementia care needs, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.

We’re searching for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and eager to make a difference. No prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to resident care and safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with residents and team members.
