Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa - Ankeny Function: Product Engineering (CA) Title: Engineer, Software - 121193 Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Software Engineer for Crop Care Software for Ag Engineering located in Ankeny, Iowa, you will be a member of an embedded development scrum team working with multiple stakeholders to build and implement functionality for self-propelled application equipment. In addition, you will: Design, develop, and test software for a broad spectrum of Deere equipment functionality Operate in a scrum team environment on varying projects with direction from a project lead(s). Provide product support of the system(s). VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position What Skills You Need Experience in embedded software development with experience in design, development, and testing Software development in C, C++, C#, or other scripting programming languages Understand real-time operating system concepts Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability and experience working in a self-directed mode Strong demonstrated problem-solving skills Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% (both domestically and internationally).
