We have a rare opportunity and need the skillset of an experienced orthodontic assistant who has leadership qualities with the ability to train. We're seeking individuals with at least 2 year of orthodontic experience to help our existing team grow in orthodontics. Responsibilities Assisting the dentist using 4‑handed dentistry Intra‑oral scanning Preparing teeth for bonding and debonding Assisting in the placement and removal of appliances Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; and answering patients' questions Ensures accurate patient records (treatment planning, medical history) Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; and reporting needed changes Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Prepares treatment rooms including decontamination, sterilization, cleaning handpieces and room, restocks supplies Assist in training current team and new hires in orthodontics Qualifications Dental: 2 year (REQUIRED) Radiology License (REQUIRED) Expanded Functions (Preferred) Coronal Polishing (Preferred) Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Our Core Values Serving Beyond Expectations (for patients & our team) Creating a Caring Partnership Ownership Mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr Children's Dental Center
