- # Job Description# Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - IIIApply**Job#: 3056856****Job Description:****Location:** Fully remote.**Description:****DESCRIPTION**Specialist will join the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND) Network Macro New Build Real Estate Team managing macro new build projects. This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a “Real Estate Complete” work product. In addition to supervising third party vendors, responsibilities include managing work flow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits. Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Role will include PO management. Assist with special projects as they arise. Candidate must be able to onboard possessing the required skills and experience, as detailed below, with minimal training. Fully remote.**REQUIRED SKILLS**• Must have telecom/wireless network real estate macro new build experience with strong project management skills.• Prior experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors.• Ideal candidate will have previous carrier experience, preferably working at or with Verizon.• Ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity working projects in the midwest or central region.• Experience with database tracking systems/tools - experience with Verizon's processes and tools (FUZE) strongly preferred.• Experience accurately forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding the impact of the job to the overall program.• Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals.• Excellent communication skills with a positive team-focused energy and drive.• Creative problem solver that is able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
