Job Details Job Location: Tulsa, OK 74129 Position Type: Full-Time Education Level: Bachelor's Essential Qualities Attention to detail and ability to understand and follow complicated eligibility requirements Driven to work collaboratively with diverse clients and a diverse workforce Ability to effectively use an online system Qualified (and not prohibited) to work around children Legally authorized to work in the United States Essential Functions Responsible for processing complete inquiry forms and determining eligibility Talk with families about the program options and partner with them to ensure inquiry forms are complete and accurate Document required information in our ChildPlus system and work to best use the system Analyze current enrollment, identify the enrollment needs, and regularly communicate these needs to leadership Work to continuously improve our inquiry and eligibility process so it is easy for families and effective for program Provide prompt and courteous response to inquiries from parents and colleagues Develop a waitlist system from which schools and child care partners select eligible applicants Maintain an internal transfer process for children whose families wish to change programs Use discretion and confidentiality in all matters Assist with other department work as needed Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Knowledge and Skills Organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Developing collaborative partnerships and work in a team environment Balancing and prioritizing multiple projects and priorities and following through to completion MS Office skills, database software skills, organizational skills, efficiency skills and excellent attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to completing assignments on a timely basis Must be driven to exhibit our values: Kindness, Reciprocity, Positive Problem Solving, Inclusiveness, Data‑driven Decision Making, and Courage Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience or High School Diploma/G.E.D with 5-6 years of administrative assistant experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) Experience working with parents on applications involving income preferred Position preferences: knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards on eligibility and enrollment requirements and ChildPlus Software #J-18808-Ljbffr Tulsa Educare
