Job Description

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic in the Salt Lake City area. In this role, you will perform comprehensive vascular evaluations, assist in or perform minimally invasive vein therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage chronic venous insufficiency, peripheral arterial disease, and other complex vascular conditions. Our company operates a network of specialized clinics focused on minimally invasive vascular care. ## Key Responsibilities - Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and consultations for patients with venous and arterial diseases - Perform or assist with minimally invasive office-based procedures, including thermal/non-thermal vein closures, ambulatory phlebectomy, and sclerotherapy - Develop and manage personalized treatment plans for chronic venous insufficiency, peripheral neuropathy, and lymphedema - Collaborate closely with interventional radiologists, ultrasound technologists, and clinical support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Educate patients on disease management, post-procedure care, and lifestyle modifications to prevent recurrence ## Schedule Standard outpatient clinic hours, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No hospital rounding or excessive on-call requirements. ## Location Located in Millcreek, Utah (84124), just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City.
