Mohs Surgeon

Role Description:

• Dermatologist will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic care to pediatric and adult patients in an on-site setting in Bellaire, TX.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans.
• The role involves performing dermatologic procedures, including minor surgeries and laser treatments, and managing conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and cosmetic concerns.
• The Dermatologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and stay current with emerging therapies and best practices.
• This position that requires active participation in quality improvement, patient education, and practice growth initiatives.

• Clinical expertise in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to manage acute and chronic skin conditions across diverse patient populations.
• Interest or experience in Cosmetic Dermatology, including injectables, laser procedures, and other aesthetic treatments.
• Experience diagnosing and treating Acne and other common dermatologic disorders using evidence-based protocols.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology, with an active or eligible Texas medical license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
• Prior experience in outpatient dermatology practice or fellowship training in a dermatologic subspecialty is beneficial.
