• Mon - Fri with evening and weekend rotation
• Open to 5 8's or 4 10's -- 8 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 6 pm
• Saturday hours: 8 am - 1 pm
• Patient volume: 2 - 4 per hour; walk-ins accepted and expected
• All-ages practice -- pediatrics through geriatrics, excluding infants
• Skills: wellness exams, chronic care, women's health, IUDs, ADHD
• Hospital privileges required
• New graduate PAs considered; 1+ year experience preferred for NPs
