What You’ll Do Provide professional, exceptional customer service to our policyholders Conduct annual policy reviews to identify coverage needs and savings opportunities Identify cross-sell opportunities within our existing client base Support and collaborate closely with our team Contribute to agency growth and client experience goals What We’re Looking For Active Property & Casualty license required or willing to complete licensing 1–3 years of insurance service or sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable discussing coverage and recommending solutions Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude Motivated and goal-oriented Disclosure: Each agency is different in how their staff, book of business, sales process, and compensation is structured. Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience.
