Sr. Project Manager - Land Development

Employment Information Project Manager – Full‑time, Exempt – Location: Lake Oswego, OR – Salary Range: $139,000 to $182,000 annually. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations. Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and foster authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities. Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license. More than 15 years of engineering experience. More than 3 years of experience managing a team of direct reports and projects. Ability to manage projects independently.
