Job Description – Senior Python Full Stack Developer /Technical Lead

Position Details

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Full Stack Developer to join our AI Automation Team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and leading the implementation of scalable AI-enabled enterprise applications and intelligent automation solutions.

This role requires strong technical expertise across full stack development, AI solution integration, system design, and mentoring capabilities. The candidate should be capable of driving technical solutioning, guiding junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including QA, Product Management, Architecture, and AI Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications using Python technologies.
• Architect and implement AI-powered solutions within enterprise applications and automation platforms.
• Drive end-to-end development activities including requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, QA teams, Architects, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and AI service layers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure coding standards, application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical estimations.
• Work on AI integration use cases such as GenAI applications, intelligent automation, NLP solutions, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Python Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong experience with frontend technologies including React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience in at least one AI implementation project.
• Experience implementing AI solutions into enterprise applications and business workflows.
• Strong understanding of system design, microservices architecture, and scalable application development.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, backend integrations, and database design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI, LLM integrations, AI automation frameworks, or AI orchestration tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, or vector databases.
• Experience in leading small technical teams or mentoring developers.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to automation frameworks and enterprise workflow platforms.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
