Your Role at a Glance

• Connect with local business owners (in-person, direct sales) as an independent contractor, to introduce supplemental insurance solutions that protect their employees and families

• Educate clients through structured consultations to help them choose coverage with clarity and confidence

• Provide ongoing follow-up and long-term service as a dependable advisor

• Grow your business through community outreach, networking, and team collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings: $65,000 $85,000+ in your first year (Starting base draw, uncapped commission, bonuses)
  Pay Structure: Weekly base draw during ramp-up, then ongoing commissions and incentives

• Support Provided:

  • State licensing support & reimbursement

  • CRM access, marketing tools, and structured training

  • Quarterly & annual incentives (cash bonuses, trips, recognition)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend flexibility)

• Work Environment: In-person, business-to-business (B2B) sales within your local area

• Products: Supplemental insurance solutions tailored to protect businesses and their employees
