Production Associate – Arden, NC

$16.00–$17.00/hr | Paid Training | Clean, Air-Conditioned Facility | Temp-to-Hire

Looking for a manufacturing job in a clean, neat, air-conditioned environment ?

The Greer Group is hiring dependable Production Associates for a precision manufacturing company in Arden, NC .

You'll help manufacture, inspect, assemble, and package precision plastic components used in medical, automotive, and other important industries.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, paid training is provided!

PAY & SCHEDULE

$16.00–$17.00 per hour

12-Hour Shifts:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF!

The 12-hour schedule means more scheduled days off than a traditional five-day workweek , giving you more time for family, appointments, errands, and life outside of work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on your assigned production area, you'll be trained to:

• Inspect precision molded components for quality
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Package finished products according to work instructions
• Perform trimming, assembly, and other production operations
• Inspect products for defects and color variations
• Record production and scrap information
• Follow established quality and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with your team to meet production and quality goals

NO MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE? THAT'S OKAY!

We're looking for people who are:

• Dependable and committed to good attendance
• Ready and willing to learn
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Comfortable standing throughout a 12-hour shift
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Able to perform basic math and measurements
• Able to identify product defects and color variations
• Safety-minded
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work overtime when needed
