Kelly is hiring Production Associates for Cummins in Fletcher, NC. Attend our onsite Job Fair to learn about available opportunities and meet with our hiring team.

Job Fair Details

• Date: Tuesday, September 8, 2026
• Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Location: Cummins - 1000 Rockwell Drive, Fletcher, NC 28732
• Check-In: Stop at the front gate, let Security know you are attending the Kelly Job Fair, and bring a valid photo ID

Pay & Shifts

• $18–$25 per hour depending on experience
• 2nd, 3rd, & weekend shifts available
• Opportunity to earn overtime and double-time pay

Qualifications

• Basic reading, math, and computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime
