Haynes Wire Machine Operators specialize in wire drawing, a precision metalworking process that reduces wire diameter by pulling it through a single die or a series of drawing dies. This role requires technical focus, attention to safety, and independent performance on the night shift.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate wire drawing machinery efficiently.
• Pull metal wire through dies safely.
• Reduce wire cross-sections to precise specifications.
• Set up single and multi-die series.
• Monitor precision metalworking processes continuously.
• Inspect finished wire for dimensional accuracy.

Role requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing/machining experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Night shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading.
• High reliability for independent night shift operations.

• Starting pay: $21.30 $23.00 hourly (plus shift premium pay).
