United Beauty Supply is looking for a Fulltime Retail Associate, for 32 - 40 hours per week 11:00am - 8:00pm, to include some weekend shifts! Are you a person who loves the beauty industry? Do you consider yourself a person who has a knack for making recommendations to customers based on meeting their specific needs? Are you a reliable and proactive team player with a positive attitude? If this is you, then United Beauty Supply wants to see your resume/application! Our Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and promoting products in our retail environment. Our sales position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with our amazing team! What you will be doing with us: Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Build solid rapport with our customers, creating a premier shopping experience. Engage and educate customers with a consulting approach. Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and making recommendations to meet our client's needs. Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain a clean and organized store. Stock and replenish merchandise as inventory is sold. Resolve customer complaints and issues. Work collaboratively with the store team. Maintain the store appearance; it is a reflection of who we are. The ideal candidate will have: Must be 18 years of age or older, required. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of retail sales experience is a huge plus. Demonstrated skillset to provide a premier experience for our clients. Strong verbal communication skills with our customer base, co-workers and leadership. A true team player attitude. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions. Flexible work availability, including weekends and holidays. Key Notes: This is a fast-paced sales environment, and the ability to think quickly and multitask is essential.
