Our stores close at 2pm. We are looking for a Shift Leader. Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Growth opportunities: many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
