We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Tax Senior to join our growing tax team. This role is ideal for a professional looking to build on their experience in federal and state tax compliance while expanding their advisory and leadership skills. The Tax Senior will work closely with clients across a range of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, and professional services. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts Conduct tax research and provide clients with practical tax planning strategies Assist with tax audits and correspondence with federal and state tax authorities Supervise and mentor junior team members; provide feedback and technical training Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely service delivery Collaborate with managers and partners on tax engagements and planning opportunities Stay current on changes in tax law and industry developments Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred CPA license or in active pursuit of licensure 3–5 years of relevant experience in public accounting with a focus on tax Proficiency with tax preparation and research software (e.g., CCH Axcess, BNA, or similar) Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Competitive compensation and performance‑based bonuses Hybrid work flexibility and summer hours Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with firm contributions Generous PTO and paid holidays Ongoing professional development and CPA support Supportive, team‑oriented culture that prioritizes career growth and work‑life balance Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
