Role Leveling & Expectations The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (SEO, CMS, Analytics) role is structured as a multi-level individual contributor position. All levels share the same core responsibilities outlined above. Differentiation between levels is based on scope, autonomy, complexity, and impact , not on fundamentally different duties.
