What You'll Be Doing As Regional Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of your territory, developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. You'll work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored automation solutions that meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and developing new business opportunities across your region Managing and growing relationships with key customers and accounts Planning and conducting customer visits, presentations, and demonstrations Gathering application and process information to support solution development and quotations Providing both pre-sales and post-sales support Educating customers on automation technologies and solutions Negotiating commercial terms and contracts Representing BCA at trade shows, conferences, and industry events Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and business objectives Collaborating with Engineering, Applications, Project Management, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience Strong understanding of automation systems and OEM equipment Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities Ability to understand and visualize manufacturing processes from concept through implementation Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region and key customer sites Nice to Have Previous experience as an Applications Engineer delivering full‑line automation solutions CAD and 3D modelling experience Experience with Fanuc robotic systems Who You Are Takes ownership and accountability Creates opportunities rather than waits for them Builds trust quickly with customers and colleagues Is approachable, genuine, and easy to work with Balances technical understanding with commercial focus Thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment Why Join BCA Automation & Robotics?
