As the first point of contact for our company, the Office Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.Responsibilities:Answer calls from customers to: type up estimates, answer questions regarding current jobs, re-direct calls to estimatorsCall customers to encourage them to write google reviewsCall customers to follow up on their estimatesGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly mannerPerform the weekly cleaning tasksRequirements:Experience in a receptionist or customer service roleExcellent typing and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelySalary for this position ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour.
