12hr Nights

reatments per day: Use AARC point system, assign around 26-28 points. - 

Certs: BLS, RRT (registered respiratory therapist) or CRT (certified respiratory therapist). - Types of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?): 

RT cares for general med, intermediate and ICU patients. - Experience or 'Must have' skills: 

Experience in a large (300 bed or more) critical care facility. Experience in critical care and have not worked at any OSF facility in the past year. Prefer RRT's, not
