Accurus Aerospace Wichita, 4011 E 31st Street South, Wichita, Kansas, United States of America Job Description Posted Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 6:00 AM The Program Administrator assists program managers in daily tasks including reporting of job status and other metrics and performs administrative support functions such as order‑entry, document scanning and retention. Administrators interact with customers verbally and via e‑mail to respond to inquiries and resolve disputes as needed, and communicate regularly with Program Managers and personnel in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to obtain and relay information regarding customer orders. Communicates professionally and courteously to convey clear and concise information to customers and coworkers via telephone, email, and in‑person Manages daily/weekly updates to customer communication tools and status reports; creates and updates spreadsheets and/or ERP to reflect accurate part status, sales order, change orders, and other customer and order information Collaborates with Program Managers or other leaders to review and approve purchase order changes affecting contractual schedules Engages appropriate manufacturing personnel to ensure parts move efficiently through manufacturing operations Performs incidental duties as required Regular attendance on‑site at the workplace is required Required Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Two or Four year degree in Business field preferred Minimum of three (3) years experience in customer service or similar is required; manufacturing industry experience preferred Experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry is preferred Other Required Skills & Abilities Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking abilities to handle unexpected challenges and make decisions appropriately Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, securing customer documents and company records, and demonstrating integrity in communications and actions Self‑management skills including efficiency, sense of urgency, ability to adapt and respond to unexpected circumstances, and ability to juggle multiple projects, competing priorities, and meet concurrent deadlines Professional verbal and written communication skills (English) are essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word ERP experience is required; Infor Visual experience is preferred Physical Demands and Work Environment The typical work environment is an office setting; occasionally the employee will be required to visit the manufacturing areas where they could be exposed to loud noises, fumes/odors, and hazards associated with moving equipment. The use of PPE, including hearing protection, eye and hand protection, and safety footwear may be required.
