An exciting contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support an elementary Autism Program near New Castle, DE. This position offers the chance to make a tangible difference in students’ lives while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Current Delaware PARA Permit
• School-based experience strongly preferred, especially with elementary-aged children
• Background working with students requiring physical intervention strategies
• Ability to collect and report on behavioral and instructional data within a classroom setting
• Willingness to perform hygiene assistance, including toileting and diapering duties—this is an essential responsibility
• Ability to work the entire scheduled day onsite (no part-time, late starts, or early departures)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students within the Autism Program
• Collect, record, and report on both instructional and behavioral data
• Participate as an active team member and assist wherever needed; classroom assignments may change as program needs shift
• Maintain professionalism while participating in all aspects of student care, including hygiene, toileting, and diapering responsibilities
• Support positive student behavior and provide physical intervention as required, ensuring safety for all
• Adhere to a consistent, full-time schedule: 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM, with a 30-minute break each day

Additional Details:

• Assignment runs from 10/30/2026 to 2/1/2027, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
• Google Meets interview required (15–30 minutes)
• Candidates must have reliable transportation
