This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside and learn directly from highly experienced professionals who have served in their roles for years and are preparing for retirement. The successful candidate will receive hands-on, in-depth training over a defined transition period, ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities. Upon completion of training, you will assume the full scope of the role, continuing the legacy of excellence and leadership established by our retiring team members. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in working with the public, paired with excellent communication and computer skills. This position requires both strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving to ensure property performance and regulatory compliance.
