Salary: Support Band 4 (Outer London) ranging from point 3-7 (£27,350.03-£28,940.42) depending on experience. Working pattern: Full-time. Contract: Permanent. Start date: 1st September 2026. Closing date: 22nd June, 12pm. Description Of The Post We are seeking a passionate and committed Primary Behaviour Mentor to join our team. This role is central to supporting pupils to develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and readiness for learning. You will work closely with teaching staff, SEND and pastoral teams to ensure that all pupils, particularly those with social, emotional and mental health needs, can thrive both academically and personally.
