Onboarding Operations Coordinator (Nashville, TN)

Job Title: Onboarding Operations Coordinator (Nashville, TN) Your Role The Onboarding Operations Coordinator will own and execute all HR activities and communication pertaining to the onboarding of Philips’ new employees. In this role, you will be part of the Philips People Services (PPS) organization, collaborating with PPS team members and other stakeholders in the business to ensure a successful and smooth transition for all employees. Owns the accurate and timely onboarding process for new employees at Philips, including processing offer letters, initiating and tracking background investigations, and registering new employees into HRIS and payroll systems. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates in the interview process and ensure that every aspect of their onboarding is smooth and successful. Support recruiters and other stakeholders by answering questions or escalating issues that may arise. Identify process improvements and escalate issues to management and senior members of the team. Participate and support team initiatives to drive continuous improvement efforts and lean projects, and perform other duties as assigned. You're The Right Fit If You have 2+ years of experience in a relevant human resources function or a similar customer support-based role, including experience with Workday and ADP. Additional experience using ServiceNow is a bonus, but not required. Your skills include basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of data integrity. You have a bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of work experience. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $23.00 to $36.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
