Occupational/Employee Health Clinical RN

Requirements

• Valid New York State nursing license
• Minimum 1 year of work experience post-licensure
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Experience with sterile technique and routine clinical procedures
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment and return-to-work screenings
• Perform diagnostic testing and immunizations
• Collect specimens and manage chain-of-custody paperwork
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Conduct TB testing and administer various immunizations
• Provide patient education and resource support

Compliance / Notes

COVID-19 vaccine required (medical exemptions only). RTO documentation must be presented at the time of submittal.
