Whether you are helping a local family find their first minivan or assisting a neighbor in picking out a reliable truck for work, your role is to provide a welcoming, transparent, and helpful presence. • Greet guests as they walk onto our lot and make them feel at home.
• Listen to what our customers need and help them navigate our current inventory to find the right vehicle.
• Lead guests through test drives, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable behind the wheel.
• Work alongside our finance and management team to keep the paperwork process clear and simple.
• Keep our inventory looking great by ensuring vehicles on the front line are tidy and accessible.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to answer any lingering questions they might have.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in retail or direct customer service roles.
• Ability to walk the lot and interact with customers in various weather conditions.
• Strong comfort level with basic computer navigation and tablets.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry.
