Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on experience level but may include: Design and analysis of structural systems (steel, concrete, timber, masonry) Collaborate closely with architecture and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions Prepare structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and client presentations Perform site visits, field investigations, and construction administration Contribute to internal standards, best practices, and innovation initiatives Support mentoring and development of junior staff (senior-level roles) Assist in business development efforts and help grow the Detroit structural team (senior-level roles) Qualifications We are open to candidates across a wide range of experience levels.
