This role involves providing skilled nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with cardiac, neuro, and pulmonary conditions, utilizing telemetry monitoring and other advanced medical equipment. Job Details Position: Telemetry Nurse Location: The healthcare provider's facility Unit Information: Cardiac Medical Unit with 23 beds, telemetry monitoring, and treatment capabilities Shift Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification, Cardiac Telemetry knowledge, experience with cardiac medical, procedural patients (caths), and cardiac drips, 2 years of clinical experience, and active licensure. Preferred Qualifications: Strong Medical-Surgical knowledge/background with telemetry, experience with cardiac procedures such as caths, pacers, ablations, cardioversions, and EP studies. Additional Information: Candidate should have engaging, team-oriented, adaptable, and patient-centered personality traits. Fluent in scrubs attire as per hospital dress code; floating within similar areas is possible.
