• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a strong client base.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Participate in property showings, open houses, and client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
• Manage and update client information in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
• Support the team in preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on market trends and real estate best practices.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging content and promoting listings online and offline.

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, learning from experienced agents and contributing to shared goals.
• Proven track record of managing tasks efficiently, ensuring client information is accurately maintained in CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients during property showings and meetings.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt, staying informed about market trends and real estate best practices.
• Ability to create engaging marketing content, promoting listings both online and offline.
