Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney in Century City, CA. The successful candidate will independently manage high-value, complex cases and serve as a mentor within the Pre-Litigation Department. This role offers operational autonomy and a collaborative environment focused on professional growth. Duties Independently manage high-value plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through strategic settlement. Draft demand packages, negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel, and participate in mediations. Analyze complex liability, coverage, medical treatment progression, and damages. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff. Collaborate with firm leadership to refine SOPs and improve workflow efficiency. Serve as the primary advisor, providing guidance and regular case updates to clients. Requirements Active California Bar License in good standing. 8+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, with a focus on pre-litigation. Proven track record of negotiating high-value settlements. Experience in leadership or mentoring within a legal environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California Bar License. Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage complex cases independently. Leadership and mentoring capabilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
