Customer Service Specialist - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist - Hybrid for a 3+ month contract to hire opportunity with a Global Financial Institution located in Tempe, AZ or Dallas, TX.

In this role, you will participate in and provide support for low complexity initiatives within Customer Service. You will review basic issues, policies, and procedures while developing an understanding of function and compliance requirements. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) per week; during the initial month of training, 5 days onsite will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Customer Service
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures
• Receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters
• Develop an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Maintain impeccable pipeline management including tracking contact attempts, scheduling calls, and detailed notetaking in referrals
• Handle inbound calls and route confirmed leads to dedicated sales consultants

Requirements:

• 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay range: $13.75 - $21.75 per hour
