This position involves administering and maintaining both production and non-production environments of a widely-used IT service management platform. The role is remote and contract-based, focusing on ensuring platform health, performance, and compliance with security standards.
The successful candidate will handle operational support, incident management, and platform upgrades using a range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain production and non-production environments.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and stability.
- Manage configurations, plugins, integrations, and platform features.
- Coordinate environment cloning, validation, and stabilization activities.
- Lead operational support, incident management, and resolution coordination.
- Experience in system administration and platform operations.
- Knowledge of IT service management, human resources service delivery, and customer service management.
- Experience with platform upgrades and release management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with integration and plugin administration.
