Physician Internal Medicine - Competitive Salary

Job Description 8–10 patients per day (often fewer) 60/90/120-minute appointments Patient panel limited to 350 patients Focus on relational, personalized care Dedicated nurse and private office One dedicated annual physical exam room one flex room No call while on vacation Equal call share (nightly and weekends) Full clinical support (referral coordinators, practice management, Athena support, etc.) Access to nutritionist, mental health specialist, integrative medicine, and exercise physiology as needed On-site services: blood draws, X-ray, IV therapy Full back-office support (IT, HR, etc.) Courtesy hospital privileges (no inpatient care required) No physician extenders to supervise 200 patient-facing workdays per year, scheduled quarterly The starting base salary is $200K, capping out at $350 with a full panel. However, the incentive offered is as follows: if the physician increases their panel size by 100 in their first year of employ the base salary rises from $200K to $225K and, therefore, the subsequent end cap is $375K, instead of $350K.
