Position Details
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Openings: 3
Shifts Available:

• 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend off (rotational pattern)
Contract Length: Minimum 24 weeks
Position Overview
We are hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for a contract assignment. In this role, you will provide complex nursing care and support a variety of patient needs under the supervision of the Unit Nurse Manager. This opportunity is ideal for LVNs who want strong hourly pay, consistent shifts, and a straightforward hiring process.
What You Will Do

• Perform complex nursing duties and deliver direct patient care
• Follow care plans and facility protocols to support patient safety and quality outcomes
• Communicate clearly with the Unit Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team
• Complete timely documentation and support continuity of care

Requirements
Required at time of interview:

• Valid photo ID
• TB documentation
• Nursing license
• Current CPR card
• Signed CCH form

Required before starting (must pass):

• Urine drug screen and background check (candidate-provided)
• FBI fingerprint background check (completed as part of the process)
