About You

MD² (MD Squared) is hiring a remote Client Relationship Specialist to join our corporate team. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping prospective patients find the right physician while delivering an exceptional experience from their first conversation through enrollment.

You enjoy building relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and helping people make important decisions. You're comfortable managing multiple conversations at once, keeping an organized sales pipeline, and using a CRM to stay on top of leads and follow ups.

Working closely with our physicians and clinic staff, you will guide prospective patients through the enrollment process, coordinate introductions, and ensure every interaction reflects the personalized service that defines MD².

You have at least three years of experience in business development, inside sales, account management, or another customer facing sales role. You're motivated by results, communicate with confidence, and take pride in creating a high quality customer experience.

A Day in the Life:

As we expand luxury concierge medical practices across the country, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, managing a pipeline of leads from initial inquiry through enrollment in partnership with the physicians. You will educate prospective patients about MD², understand their healthcare goals, answer questions, coordinate introductions, and partner with physicians to move each opportunity through the enrollment process.

Using HubSpot, you will manage your pipeline, document activity, prioritize follow up, and help improve conversion rates while providing a white glove experience throughout the process.

• Manage prospective patients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through enrollment.

• Build relationships with prospective patients and recommend the physician who best fits their needs.

• Educate prospective patients on the value of concierge medicine and confidently answer questions throughout the sales process.

• Partner with physicians and practice teams to coordinate referrals and introductions.

• Maintain regular communication with prospective patients and physicians to keep opportunities moving forward.

• Manage all prospect activity and follow up in HubSpot CRM.

• Monitor your pipeline and consistently follow up to achieve enrollment goals.

• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and the overall patient experience.

• Represent the MD² brand with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional service.

Location: Remote

Pay: $24 - $30 / hour depending on experience + variable bonus structure

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This position will be scheduled within our team's 5:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (8am-8pm ET) coverage window, with early morning availability required. The initial schedule is expected to be an early-shift schedule, with exact hours determined based on team coverage and business needs, which is subject to change.

Travel: Semi-Annual travel to Bellevue, WA for team meetings and workshops as needed

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience in business development, inside sales, account management, or a similar sales role.

• Experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently moving opportunities through the sales process.

• Proven success meeting sales, conversion, or enrollment goals.

• Experience using a CRM to manage leads and track sales activity. HubSpot experience is preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship building skills.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

• Self motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Professional, dependable, and collaborative.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience in luxury hospitality, luxury retail sales, membership organizations, healthcare, or other high touch service industries is preferred.

• Concierge or membership based service experience is a plus.

• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
