Quality Test Technician Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Test Technician to join our team in Buffalo, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough testing of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and document defects or issues, providing detailed reports for further analysis.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
- Utilize various testing equipment and software to perform quality assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and quality metrics.
- Participate in regular quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training new team members on quality testing procedures and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in quality assurance is a plus.
- Proven experience in quality testing or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
