Forklift Operator - Harvest Operations

Durant, IA | $20-$21/hr + $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus

We're looking for experienced forklift operators to support a busy harvest operation running 24/7 from August through February .

Pay

• $20.00/hr Days

• $21.00/hr Nights

• $50/week Attendance Bonus for working all scheduled shifts

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts

• Train on Days for 4 weeks , then rotate to Nights for 4 weeks

• Ongoing day/night rotation throughout the season

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Experience safely handling and moving product in high-volume operations

• Ability to stack and retrieve materials at heights of up to 30 feet

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work extended hours and rotating shifts

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials

• Supply production areas and transport finished goods

• Perform equipment inspections and follow safety procedures

• Accurately track product movement and inventory

• Support continuous operations during peak harvest season

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
