As a Speech Language Pathologist on our per diem team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who require speech therapy services. Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with realistic goals and objectives Provide speech therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and rehabilitation settings Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices and industry standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, including those with complex medical conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation software About Us: At Parkway Health and Rehab, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our patients.
