The US Logistics Analyst (Mid) enhances product workflow by analyzing, developing, and coordinating logistics plans that directly impact production, distribution, and inventory. This role focuses on creating and reviewing procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing costs. The position follows established guidelines and instructions, operates under immediate supervision, and supports a fast-paced logistics environment across multiple shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

• Analyze product workflow to identify opportunities to improve production, distribution, and inventory processes.
• Develop and coordinate logistics plans that ensure efficient movement of goods and materials.
• Create, document, and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and supply chain activities to support accurate, timely fulfillment of orders.
• Perform data entry related to inventory, shipping, and receiving activities with a high level of accuracy.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and reporting of materials.
• Apply established logistics and inventory management concepts, practices, and procedures in daily work.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks and meet operational targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve logistics and inventory issues as they arise.
• Report on logistics performance and inventory status to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of logistics, inventory, and supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience supporting shipping and receiving operations.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and instructions while working under immediate supervision.
• Capability to coordinate multiple logistics activities in a fast-paced environment.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Experience in production and distribution environments.
• Comfort working with inventory management and logistics-related systems or software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills for working with supervisors and cross-functional teams.

This role operates in a logistics and supply chain environment that supports production, distribution, and inventory management. The position provides coverage across two shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, requiring flexibility to work within these hours. Work is performed under immediate supervision, following established procedures and guidelines, with regular interaction with shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. The environment is fast-paced and detail-oriented, with frequent use of computers and inventory systems to manage data entry, tracking, and reporting.

This is a Contract position based out of Muscatine, IA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
