Lead, Leave & Workers’ Comp Operations
Breakthru Beverage
Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Leave Administration & Workers' Compensation Manager to lead the company's LOA processes and manage workers' compensation and ADA/accommodation programs. This role reports to the VP, Total Rewards and serves as a primary resource for leave questions, vendor issues, and escalations. The position supports a flexible hybrid schedule across Breakthru offices, collaborating with HRBPs, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, Safety, Risk, and external vendors to ensure #J-18808-Ljbffr Breakthru Beverage Group
