Position Summary Lead sales and service activities in the Tire & Battery Center (TBC) at Sam’s Club, ensuring high‑quality customer service, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. What you’ll do Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient service. Demonstrate expertise in safety, compliance, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and point‑of‑sale systems. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement, making real‑time business decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information, and training. Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs; track returns and special orders; operate cash registers; process transactions; maintain accurate inventory and safety/compliance standards. Package, label, and store merchandise according to company policies; assist members with purchasing decisions; resolve issues and concerns. Advocate brand values, model high‑quality service, and support training of team members while embodying respect, integrity, and customer focus. Apply Walmart policies, data‑driven processes, and continuous improvement principles to deliver results and promote a culture of belonging and excellence. Minimum Qualifications Valid state‑issued driver’s license. 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Auto service industry experience. Retail experience.
