Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing pertinent history and performing specialized assessments.
• Clearly explain evaluation findings and collaboratively develop treatment plans with patients and their families, promoting shared decision-making.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs, adjusting techniques based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and timely records that reflect the patient's course of care, including treatment goals and progress notes.
• Engage in consultations with other healthcare professionals as needed, recognizing changes in patient conditions that necessitate modifications to care plans.
• Develop and execute appropriate discharge plans that ensure continuity of care post-rehabilitation.
• Meet productivity expectations while managing time effectively, whether that involves scheduling appointments, preparing for sessions, or participating in team meetings.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing patient access and experience, actively participating in community outreach and marketing activities.
• Take the lead on your continued professional development and serve as a mentor for students or new staff members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population who may have undergone surgery, suffered injuries, or are seeking rehabilitation for chronic pain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
