Compensation and Bonus Structure Base Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually with total earning potential up to $104,400. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, rewarding impact without delay. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
