Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Resort Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping staff and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our resort and cabin facilities. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets standards
- Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints or special requests in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures
- Schedule staff shifts and assign duties appropriately
