Role Description This is a full-time, on-site inoubd calls role based in Irvine, CA, for a Licensed Loan Officer. The primary responsibilities include evaluating clients’ financial profiles, recommending suitable mortgage products, and managing the end-to-end loan process. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, explaining loan options in clear terms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and working closely with underwriters to complete loan applications. Providing excellent customer service and meeting company sales targets will be key priorities. Qualifications Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan origination processes, and regulatory requirements Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Experience in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and mortgage documentation Proficiency in loan origination systems and basic computer skills Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate records with attention to detail Current NMLS license or ability to obtain one before starting Previous experience in mortgage lending and sales is highly desirablE #J-18808-Ljbffr American Prime Rate LLC | NMLS #2421810
