Your responsibilities will include maintaining and managing our software, hardware, and networks across all our sites with a special emphasis on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) related tasks. This position requires providing outstanding customer service and will be the last point of issue escalation internally for identifying and resolving system issues.How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:Provide system administration of our cloud and on-premise environmentsSupport all aspects of Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft Domain ServicesSupport Windows configuration and security via Microsoft IntuneSupport iOS configuration and security via a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platformHave a working knowledge of tasks such as DNS, certificates, and encryptionBe responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and monitoring of DLP tools across endpoints, networks, email, and cloud environmentsAct as the organization’s DLP expert, providing guidance to multiple stakeholders on best practices surrounding DLPCollaborate closely with both information security and other partners to create, tune, and enforce data protection policies which protect intellectual property and safeguard assetsOrganization of upgrades and maintenance for networks and systems with minimal downtimeConfiguration, monitoring and maintenance of backup and replication routines, including documentation and testingOrganization, configuration and implementation of regular disaster recovery drills, with regular review of the procedure and documentationMonitoring of systems and networking infrastructure using platforms such as PagerDutyTroubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problemsProvide Tier 2 technical support for all offices and employeesCreation and maintenance of IT-related documentation and training materialClosely collaborate with the Information Security team to remediate vulnerabilities and harden the environmentMinimum Qualifications:5 years or more managing information systems and networksExpert level of understanding managing Microsoft 365 cloud offeringsExperience using Powershell, Python, and other languages to script common tasksAdvanced to expert level experience in implementing DLP policies and tactics independentlyAbove and Beyond Qualifications:Expert-level understanding of Conditional Access and other Microsoft Cloud-native security toolsExperience managing on-prem backup solutionsExperience with Fortinet firewalls and networking productsExposure to Splunk or other SIEM platformsAbility to administrate/implement Azure cloud servicesPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Ability to list 50 poundsOff-hours work is required to perform off-hours system maintenanceUp to 10% travel may be requiredThe wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role.
