Labor Relations Officer

Seeking a Labor Relations Officer to analyze, interpret, and apply labor agreement provisions while advising management on labor and employee relations matters. The role ensures consistent policy application and supports effective labor–management relations within a complex organization. Key Responsibilities Analyze, interpret, and explain labor agreement provisions Coordinate labor relations actions with Authority officials Advise management on labor and management issues, providing technical assistance and recommendations Ensure consistent and uniform application of labor policies Prepare complex narrative reports, correspondence, and related documentation Meet critical deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Labor or Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field Four (4) years of experience in contract administration, grievance handling, and workplace dispute resolution in a complex organization may be considered Rate USD 42–55 per hour Note: This job description provides a comprehensive overview of the position.
